Pointe: An advanced ballet technique where dancers perform on the tips of their toes using specially reinforced shoes. Pointe work requires exceptional strength, control, and training, allowing dancers to appear weightless and ethereal on stage.
*Dancers must be placed en Pointe by Studio Director
Jazz
Jazz: A vibrant and energetic dance style that combines sharp movements, fluid technique, and expressive storytelling. Contemporary/Lyrical
Contemporary: A fluid and expressive dance style that blends elements of ballet, modern, and jazz, focusing on versatility, emotion, and storytelling. Contemporary dance encourages freedom of movement and personal expression, allowing dancers to explore unique dynamics, floor work, and abstract choreography while emphasizing strong technique and artistry.
Lyrical: A dance style that combines ballet and jazz techniques to convey deep emotion and storytelling through graceful, flowing movements. Hip Hop
